Living Vertically
The Corner is a vertical home with a triangular geometry located in an exclusive coastal area. Its façade, a combination of expanded metal and concrete, reflects a minimalist and contemporary aesthetic, as if living in an anarchically vertical loft. All rooms offer stunning sea views, connecting the interior verticality with the exterior seascape.
The private garage features polished concrete floors and stainless steel walls. A lacquered metal staircase, blending in with the rest of the walls, with expanded metal railings, along with an internal elevator, provides access to the different levels that make up the project.
The master bedroom features a concrete envelope combined with mirror-like cladding, creating a visual duplicity with panoramic views of the sea. The textured concrete walls and dark metal furniture complement the bed, which blends in with the flooring. The triangular stainless steel and concrete kitchen connects geometrically with the entrance hall. Its mirrored cladding creates a visual doubling of the sea, contrasting with the hand-polished metal countertop and cladding.
The four-meter-high open-plan living room includes panoramic windows within the walls, textured concrete walls, and brushed concrete floors, connected to the uncoated structural elements.
It connects to the upper roof through a horizontal window, providing impressive natural light to the room.
The Corner maximizes space with a minimalist design and offers comfort, style, and functionality. Living in The Corner is like living within a minimalist work of art, where every detail has been carefully considered to create a vertical living experience.
